The body shop is my only good experience with Victory so far. The text message links to status reports was completely awesome. The staff was super friendly making the not so great of experience of having a collision much easier to take. They called my rental company for me and had them pick me up so I just dropped the car off and signed one form and was done. The car was completely on time as promised. I'd recommend using their body shop to anyone. 5 STARS for the collision department
