They were very pleasant and upfront. I had an unusual problem for a body sho. I needed to have my wheelchair lift bolted father back in my van so it wasn’t hitting the hatch and getting stuck. The handle is still broken but we opted to fix ourselves to save money. This was not any negative to the shop but we were able to get the parts and help from our mechanic son and our welder if need b.

I spoke to Johan and he is a gentleman along with Erica in reception they have good sales team. I guess good things ended there. I had a delay in delivery from Friday to Wednesday. When it got delivered they changed me for a part but glued an old broken part that was in bad shape. There were lot of paper clips near back seat. Yrunck Mat was missing. Oil Leak that I thought was part of original fix was not fixed. I had to visit the team multiple times fr fixes. each time with a promise it will be taken care and then some part not being available and me returning home. Bunch of things happened...part they ordered did not fit.. thy has to reorder etc.,
