The quality of repair on my vehicle was excellent. It made my 7 year old car look brand new again! The paint work was amazing...no paint drips or any sign that it has been repaired and repainted.

The customer service at VINS is top notch. I received excellent communication through the entire process. Upon dropping off my car, Winston walked me to my car to give me his opinion of what he was expecting needed to be replaced and repaired. Then he kept me informed via email/text with every step of the process. He even emailed a lot of pictures throughout the process so I could see what was being replaced and repaired. At one point he even called to tell me that a part he initially thought needed replaced was actually ok and only needed repaired, saving me several hundred dollars! Carla in the office was also wonderful. Both she and Winston are kind, informative and very personable.

The repair was done properly for the rear end of my Honda Crv. It took about a week, which seemed reasonable.
