There are only a few repairs that are more simple that you could mess up. If you mess up an oil change you would get a 1

The paint job was 10 out of 10. The sensor repair was awful. The truck had to be taken back twice after being handed back to me. The first time the sensor was missing a rubber gasket. The second time the parking assist system was disabled. This took several hours out of my day two days in a row. Both times it needed to go back I was able to spot an issue within minutes. Your quality control is very lacking.

Very dissatisfied. The pinstripe on the door was peeling off. It should not have been placed on top of the old pinstripe which caused it to peel. The door was scratched and the surrounding area looked as if it was wet-sanded and not buffed before putting on the pinstripe. When I went to pick up the car a week later, the car was showing all of these issues. I left the car for another week, and when I went to pick it up, it still was showing the same issues. Plus, there were other areas of scratches on the car which the company denied causing those scratches.

I have been taking the car to VINS Auto for about six years and have not had a problem. I am very disappointed with the service I received and would not recommend anyone to use them. I have a life-time guarantee warranty with VINS Auto but they seem to not want to honor the warranty/commitment for these services.
