Where do I even start ? First - the repairs take too long for a small bent , second they lie about the damages they sent some random pictures of the body of the truck claiming there was damage to the chasis pics were not my truck. Then they painted the damage with the wrong paint , get overspray all over my truck , and they didn’t even apologize. Never again .

Kai is a very kind and helpful representative. He helped me with the reception and follow-up on the repairs to my vehicle. VINS Auto Care also did a really great job on my vehicle. They washed and polished it beautifully, leaving it looking beautiful. Thank you so much for everything!

I received the car from Vins body shop on 08/30 at around 12:00 PM. In the beginning, it did not start complaining of Engine Check. Mr. Kai from Vins tried it a few times and I reached home. On the evening of 08-30, I wanted to go out but it won't start. It say " Grill shutter malfunction". This was the issue that it was taken to the body shop, in for. It is a long weekend. So I wonder if I have to call you on Tuesday for further investigation into it. I have inconvenience that I have been rendered immobile over the whole long weekend. Thought, I will keep you in the loop.
