Not sure what’s I can say that wouldn’t be an understatement. Beyond excellent customer service, They repair was great everything was good except the fact that I had to purchase a headlamp. It is what it is though they were efficient and communicated well with the car rental company. Overall a good experience.

I appreciated the owner calling to describe the car’s requirements; he outlined the expected timeline and provided a midway update. I felt respected and well informed. Even the front desk clerk was welcoming during pickup. I would certainly return to VINS for future repairs. The customer service was excellent.
