Once again, VINS has saved the day. The people here are great to deal with, even when insurance is being difficult and dragging their feet. Once the insurance quit being an obstacle the work was done very quickly and impeccably well. You would never know where the scratch was and even though the car had to be partially dismantled to accomplish the repaint, everything was put back together expertly. No gaps, no loose connections. Everything sounds and feels solid. Thanks again to VINS and their entire team of helpful and courteous people!

If I could give Vins Auto Care and Collision more than 5 stars, I would. After getting into an accident, my insurance company recommended them, and I honestly couldn't have picked a better shop. From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. The staff are exceptionally friendly, highly knowledgeable, and truly go out of their way to make you feel completely comfortable. They took the time to explain the repair process in detail, giving me total peace of mind about the high level of care my car would receive while in their possession. To top it all off, they delivered my car two days earlier than originally promised! The quality of the repair work is flawless, and the customer service is second to none. Vins was awesome! My car looks brand new when I came to pick it up. They also finish my car timely manner. The lady at the front desk with especially nice. Traffic in my area is horrible. She stayed open late until I could come get my car. Thank you so much. Great job great service.
