It took them 2 months to fix my car, which by itself may not be their fault, I don’t know. My problem was that after it had been one month, I would call once a week to check on my car, and every time they would say it was going to be ready the next week. They were wrong every week. It was very frustrating because my insurance only covered one month with a rental car, so I had to borrow cars from other people for the second month, which is very difficult to plan when they keep lying and saying my car will “definitely” be ready the next week. If you don’t know for sure if the car will be ready, just say that. Don’t say it will be ready just to get me off the phone.

Great customer service. My wifes rogue was parked. Someone hit it . The hole passenger back door had ahuge dent. The quarter panel was dented and scratched. The car looked perfect when i picked it up. Virginia auto body.👍
