The car came back looking better than before the accident. You really did a great job and really are the nicest people. The email status alerts were nice to stay up to date and the work was done in a very reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend Virgo and will definitely be back if we need body work again.

Very well planned, worked well with car rental Enterprise to facilitate my time of pickup and return of vehicle. Very friendly staff by phone and in person. Quick turn around tine. Vehicle looks fantastic...as if never in an accident! I would definitely use them again! my husband referred ne...great experience as well.

The employees are very nice and were able to get my truck in within a few weeks of the estimate they took 2 out of the 2-3 weeks to get the truck done which I was happy to have it back however I have now noticed “orange peel” in the paint that they did the underbody lights that were on my truck were crudely ziptied to the frame of the truck, covered in red overspray from when they painted the truck and not put back into their proper mounting brackets. When reinstalling the light in its proper location I also noticed rust forming on the brand new metal they just replaced in the truck which I’m an the most unhappy with I’ve done business with Virgo in the past and I have never had any issues and I am sure they will make it right once I am able to get to their shop during business hours to bring it to their attention but I am a little unhappy with what I found after I picked the truck up and inspected it
