We use chief frame equipment and a state of the art measuring system called Genisis for laser accuracy. We can give you a computer printout with the exact body specifications. We also use Transtar refinishing products. They are the best in the business. At Visalia Auto Body, we offer only the best products and services in a professional atmosphere. Overall the work was done very well. The car ended up looking better than it did before our accident. Communication was great. Had to take it back to address some very minor details, but they were handled quickly and professionally. We are very happy with Visalia Auto Body.

Friendly and professional. My only complaint was that he mentioned that they would touch up some paint nicks on our rear bumper and then did not do it. It was not part of the original repair, but you should do what you commit to. An easy oversight, which is why I didn’t mark Dow much.
