I had a great experience with Viva Auto Collision from start to finish. I brought my truck in after an accident, and the final result honestly exceeded my expectations. The work came out extremely clean — looking at it now, you would never know anything happened. The paint, fitment, alignment, and overall finish all look great, and I’m very happy I decided to take it there. Fatima was my main point of contact, and she was outstanding throughout the entire process. She was extraordinarily helpful, professional, and thorough with communication. She kept me updated, answered my questions, and made the whole process feel much easier and less stressful. Her communication really helped secure my confidence in the shop and in the organization as a whole. What stood out most was that I never felt left in the dark. From the moment I dropped the vehicle off to the time I picked it up, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The team delivered quality work, and Fatima made sure I felt informed and taken care of the entire way. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the repair and the customer service. My truck looks like nothing ever happened, the work speaks for itself, and I would absolutely recommend Viva Auto Collision to anyone needing body work or collision repair.
