No one there to go over repairs and inform me what was done. Trunk still does not shut as easily as before accident. Car stunk!!! Still stinks. Repair materials oder paint/cleaner/primer, not sure what, but it still stinks. And a whole different issue with rental, which is not your fault, but you allow them to do business at your facility and therefore have some input as to their practices. Sorry, it was not a good experience at all. Your front lady did a great job trying to get all areas covered, but with the proper people not available, she was extremely limited and her job was made more difficult. An A+ company makes sure all the players are available during hours of operation.

They didn't buff out the bumper like it said on receipt. I spoke with them about that when I picked it up on Thursday June 18th 2015. The gentleman told me to call back on Monday when the person who could fix it would be in that's meaning Monday June 22nd to the other 15 I'm getting ready to place that call right now at 9:46 a.m. June 22nd 2015

I have a very good eye when looking at difference in paint colors and other things. I can not see any difference between your paint and body work and the original. The work is outstanding and I will return again if I need any body work on my auto's. Your new waiting area is very nice.
