The body work was really well done, but the customer service was terrible. It's hard for me to believe that I would be treated the way I was. No shop I've been to has been so dismissive and rude when they have not done requested work.

It took two tries to get the body work right, but it's good now. The car was returned to us partially done and with paint dust inside the first time.

The team at Vogel's did a great job.My car looked like a new car. It was buffed and shined. Everyone was polite and helpful.
