I went to check on/pick up my car and the desk lady was rude by telling me she "didn't have time to deal with me". I was not rude or out of the way, so I see NO reason for her to treat me in any such way. Especially since I could have taken my car to another shop, but chose WJ due to good references. I do not wish to receive a phone call on the matter. Only thing I can say, is that I WILL think twice about coming to WJ body shop if I ever need more work done on my vehicle. I did not appreciate the rudeness in the LEAST little bit. Especially since I actually ended up having to pay over $300 out of pocket. I could have paid that ammount somewhere else and had much better treatment. As for the rest of the staff, they were very nice and cooperative with me. It was just that one secretary that put a damper (to say the least) on the overall service expierence.
