They had seamless connection with the rental company and my car insurance. The blonde front office lady with the fish tattoo is so fantastic and excellently balances being professional but yet completely approachable and down to earth which put me at ease in a situation I hadn’t navigated before. Unsurprisingly, the work on my car was not only excellent, but even better than I’d hoped for!!! The one thing I was genuinely surprised by is how clean the interior of my car was when I got it back! There was no work done on the interior at all, and yet my (admittedly gross) floor mats looked brand new and it was also vacuumed perfectly!
