Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! Everyone I encountered was the height of professionalism and so friendly. The updates were greatly appreciated. They had seamless connection with the rental company and my car insurance. The blonde front office lady with the fish tattoo is so fantastic and excellently balances being professional but yet completely approachable and down to earth which put me at ease in a situation I hadn’t navigated before. Unsurprisingly, the work on my car was not only excellent, but even better than I’d hoped for!!! The one thing I was genuinely surprised by is how clean the interior of my car was when I got it back! There was no work done on the interior at all, and yet my (admittedly gross) floor mats looked brand new and it was also vacuumed perfectly! That was just the cherry on top of what would have otherwise been a stressful situation but was a breeze with your excellent staff! 12/10 would recommend! Although I hope to never need auto body work again, I would literally never go anywhere else and I will recommend Number 1 to everyone who needs work done! Thank you!!!!

The work done on my car which needed considerable repairs and body work were done to a very high standard. The communication and interaction over several weeks was helpful and enjoyable. Everyone with whom I engaged was knowledgeable and helpful. I would use them again and happily strongly recommend No 1 ABR to anyone needing their services.
