Too many ordered parts that were wrong. I was promised car in 12 days took almost a month to. Patrick my estimator was about a helpful as a rock. Would not recommend

Great customer service, friendly employees, they kept me updated on the service being done on my vehicle via text message and always had answers if I call into the office. What a friendly lady who answered the phone and took care of the payment aspect of the job. Glad for their help and fast service.

Excellent experience from the time I first entered the office to when I picked up my truck. I only interacted with 2 people but they were both great. Hillary at the front desk was always friendly and helpful. The service rep, Alyssa, is the best. Professional and knowledgeable. Explained everything and answered all questions. Once I selected Crash Champs to do the work, I didn’t need to deal with the other party’s insurance adjuster, Alyssa dealt with everything. Then when I picked up my truck, it looked great. They even went above and beyond when they did their post-repair detailing. Thank you for turning an unfortunate event (the fact the truck had been damaged) into a positive experience, and more specifically, thank you Alyssa for everything, it is greatly appreciated.
