I drive an EV and I live on an island serviced by a ferry. When I dropped my car off, I asked that they charge the car so that I could be assured to make it on time to my ferry and back to the island. The exact words they used were: Of course. That’s not something you need to worry about. When I picked up my car, I was told matter-of-factly, that my car only had 17% battery remaining. That is less than when I dropped it off and certainly not enough to make it to the Anacortes ferry terminal. It was clear that they made no effort to charge it. They directed me to Toyota, where they said they thought there was a fast-charger. There wasn’t. I missed my ferry. The body work they did on the car was good but there is a new scratch on the hood that wasn’t there when I dropped the car off. Overall- not a good day experience.

We have used Grand Central Collision twice before over 10-15 years and were Very happy with all aspects of our experience. We expected the same service and outcome with this repair.

Excellent body repair work. The low satisfaction rating in this category is due only to an issue on the bottom (chip guard?) of the side which was not painted to match the original finish. After discussing this with a manager the area will be corrected; however, in our opinion it should never have happened in the first place.

This rating mainly regards the communication (or lack thereof) after we left our vehicle at the shop for repairs. In the month the vehicle was in the shop we called the business office twice to inquire about progress on our vehicle, and were told that we would get a call to update us. This never happened . The only time we were called was to ask when we would be coming to pick up the vehicle. This was only after we received a text message letting us know that we would be called when it was ready for pick up. What?

My experience with Grand Central was amazing! They are informative, helpful, and the office itself is professional and very nice! I didn't have to do much at all! They called the car rental for me when I got there, and it was all very seamless. They even put on my new license plates for me! I would recommend Grand Central to anyone who needs auto-body work completed. The finished work looks awesome! Jerilyn.

From the beginning, GCC had my back and best interests at heart. The coordination and the communication was exceptional, the work was terrific, and when I got my vehicle after their work, it had not looked that good for a very long time! I fully recommend GCC and encourage anyone to get an estimate from them. You won’t be disappointed.
