I am satisfied 100% with Ryan, but I think the shop needs to go over and make sure to check and rest everything they do bc my washer fluid tank was installed without being tested and wasn’t hooked up correctly. Now I wonder what else could be not installed right. I work with cars everyday and understand it happens just want to make a point to say this so hopefully in future they go through more of a thorough check.

A 2 only cause they tried a 2nd time to paint it. Decent job on the body work but they have painted my last vehicle…yes this is my 2nd bad experience with paint in that place

Only mishap was they forgot to put floor mats back in car which they offered to deliver to me which I declined the offer mistakenly but that part is on me. Otherwise the service was top notch. Seamless and fairly painless and hands off in a time of high stress which goes a long long way. So this score would have been an 11 if not for the floor mats and shout out to state farm
