I received VIP treatment from first encounter on the phone and continued at our drop off and pick up. They made me feel like a high priority customer although my repair was small. The work they did on my car was superb and so was the surprise detailing. I highly recommend them.

It's still a work in progress. Two back emblems haven't gotten here yet and when I go back for those, the back hatch (area next to repaired bumper) has to be adjusted so that it fastens properly.

Repair for initial damage was completed timely, but had an issue after the latch cable was snapped during repair, and had to bring my vehicle back to fix after the hood would not close. Also, minor scratches on hood after repair.
