I received emails right away after dropping off my vehicle. One said I would be receiving updates. The only update I received was calling after 3 days in the shop to see where things were at because I had heard no updates. I was informed where the repairs were at and that I should be able to pick it up on Monday. Heard nothing the rest of the week for updates until I got an email saying it would be completed that day. Simple updates along the way would have been much appreciated, but not given. Vehicle is in for service/disassembly and parts being installed/prepped for painting/in paint process/ paint complete and cleanup in process/anticipated completion date are some examples of simple yet effective updates that would have made a difference in the experience with your shop. Outside of that, the experience was a good one.
