I received an email from them saying the claim was approved and the parts were in. I drop it off on a Tuesday, Friday I call and ask what the status was they say they are waiting on approval!?! So I said we will come get it. Oh you can’t cause the bumper is off, who starts work on something when you don’t have approval of the claim? That’s on them, don’t care whose to blame my insurance company or wac 1 they tore into it with out approval they need to pay for my rental vehicles as it then sat for a total of 23 days!! They apologized for State Farm dropping the ball not for them ripping my bumper off without the claim being approved even though I have a mail that says it was approved. Poor management poor service no accountability!
