They did not communicate properly about pricing, charged me for the insurances upcoming payment of an extra 467 dollars.. they did not fix a large panel gap that I pointed out to them and they even circled it on the truck but refused to fix it. The panel that they replaced has 4 to 5 small dents in it also?.. and the decal sticker they replaced they left a bunch of air bubbles under it. Then they had an entire day to get it washed but when I went to pick it up it was completely dirty. They lied saying the vehicle would be kept inside during a rainstorm but it was obviously not because of how dirty it was. They must of left it dirty on purpose to hide all the things they decided not to fix on it. Scratches were left as is as well. Very unhappy with how things went. Chris did he best to avoid discussing anything that was not fixed on the vehicle and like I said proceeded o charge me for the insurances remaining payment.. I would like compensation for the work that was purposely avoided and attempted to be swept under the rug. The panel replaced looks terrible. If it is a brand new panel why are there small dents in it?

I say this because at the time of needing service I had a lot going on and they were great with keeping in touch about my car every step of the way. When I got in my car it was beautifully cleaned and that was unexpected and very VERY much appreciated. Thank you all at Waconia 1 Collison for the work and time you put in my car! I will be back if I ever need anything, that's for sure!

The assessment process was so easy and quick. The coordination with the insurance carrier was seamless. The timeframe and quality of the work was tremendous. The extra "treat" of the detailing of the inside of the car was "icing on the cake". So very impressed with this business.
