I am very pleased with how the staff was on the side of the customer over the insurance. They were willing to work with us. My only complaint showed up this week when I saw my car in the sun, the paint color that was used on the parts that were repaired does not match the color on of the parts that were not painted. Not sure what can be done about this.

I have used to fix my Lincoln, and I’ve been extremely satisfied with the work. They’re very kind and easy to work with. I was extremely happy with the fix to my car. It looks brand new. I definitely recommend them if you need body work or just to visit.

The quality of the work was fantastic. They really do great quality work. They just don’t manage their workload well. Dropped off a set of car doors to get painted in January and was told they would be ready by the end of February. When I called in February all of the information I gave to the woman when I dropped off the doors had been lost. I had to go back and tell them what to do. It then took another two months for them to finish the job because they give priority to insurance jobs that have deadlines.

Great work, great communication & customer service. Hopefully, I won't need that kind of body damage repair again - but if I do, I'll definitely return to Walker Collision.
