Prior to deciding on this repair shop we read the reviews and they were good. We live a good distance away so we felt it would be worth the drive due to quality and reviews. However, the repairs was completed and we had a few concerns and awaited a call back. We was disappointed by the no follow up on our concerns. Therefore I rated it less than a 10.
