The staff is professional and friendly. The body work was top notch. The work took 3 weeks to complete. I had a rental car so I was not inconvenienced too much. They are very popular and do great work, because of that you will have to wait your turn.

We trust Walker Smith Body Shop with taking care of our needs however it was a bit difficult to get ahold of someone. I received an automated message when we turned our car in saying we would receive updates via text message and we did not receive any further updates. Overall we are satisfied with the outcome but wish we knew a bit more during the process to understand time frames etc.

The quality of the work was excellent. My only frustration is with the delays in completing the repairs. The reason given for the delays was difficulty in securing parts, which may be true.
