I was very disappointed with the lack of communication and that is why I can't give it a 10. Communication goes a very long way and is essential and important in customer service.

I was never able to speak with anyone during the time my car was being serviced. It was not due to lack of trying on many, many, many, many occasions. But the initial service i received was great. And they were very personable and friendly. The problem l faced was it was almost impossible to get someone on the phone after multiple attempts throughout the day and even on different days.
