Everything was repaired except the rear back-up camera. Unless you drive an Acadia, you wouldn't know to check this feature. It will be fixed as soon as the part arrives.

Whenever I talked with them, they were always courteous, efficient, compassionate, concerned and friendly. I never felt that I was intruding on their day, even though there was bad weather, lousy postal service and three holidays

So after being told on multiple occasions that they are waiting parts and in one conversation I was told four different things we are waiting Parts the part came in but it doesn't fit the part should be here later today and I don't know if we can get the part all four things said about the exact same part - what the heck. I finally picked up the car missing a front driver side mud flap and I was finally told is no longer made and GMC cannot produce one for the mechanic. I was offered a off Market one that looked hideous honestly didn't match the other three no suggestion was made to change out the other three to match the one in my opinion it does not fit the Aesthetics of the vehicle overall. I don't know that there was any move made to call any junk yards or anything like that. I was told that if I find a set that they would install them for me but that this original one was part of the I think you said part of the firewall I don't know but it had to be mounted some specific way and that he would have to be the one who did it not me. My mirror that was replaced on the driver side every time I got in the car since the day I took the car back I've had to reset it and I have pressed the computer settings to set it up properly and save it and it won't save I get out of the car I turn the motor off I lock the door and come back later and that mirrors angled in correctly again and I have to keep setting it and I don't know why it's not taking to the proper setting. Also when I press the rocker switch to draw the mirrors inward the passenger One turns inward but the driver side does not

The service was impeccable the guys are really sweet and nice and I would definitely recommend you taking your car there because if I have to have which I hope I don't but if I do have to have work done again then I would definitely will be taking my car to them they were very professional and I love the way everything turned out
