Walt and Brian were in communication with my husband and I through the entire process of getting our car repaired. They have been up front and honest and have been great communicators. Gave me a written estimate when others wouldn’t “waste their time” because I was getting quotes. Insurance wasn’t going to be used. Took all the information they needed so they could get the part in and get it painted before I needed to get my car back to them. Took less than a day leaving it there and it matches the car paint perfectly with no blemishes. Really happy with their work and recommend them

Walt said there was prior repairs that would be problematic. At first I thought he was not going to do the repair but in the end gave me a quote & the end result is fantastic

The customer service is excellent apart from one thing that I was a little disappointed. I found out there was 3% fee using my debit card. I wish there was a heads up when I called to pick up my car. It would be nice to let a customer know about the 3% fee so I could bring in cash to avoid the fee. On a fixed income & $40 is groceries or gas.
