I was very happy with the work that was done I have to say that to start with I got an estimate of 1600 and based on that I decided not to run it through my insurance I was told it may be a little more and yeh lady called me the next day that it’s now 1900 I was still ok with that and did not contact the insurance Then the next day she called me and said that there needs to be some alignment work down after it’s assembled again and that can run anywhere from 800 to 2200 dollars Now I had yeh exact same work done last year and that was not an issue because I ran it the rough the insurance now all over sudden this is necessary Why was that not in the original estimate if it’s so necessary Again I was happy with the work and timelyness but did not feel good about the extra charges that you wanted and I did not get I took my car to the dealer and he said it was not needed How would you feel This is a small town and people talk and that’s not good business practice and I would not ruin my good reputation over something like that like Appleton Campbell does
