The rear bumper was loose because they never installed the push pins under the rear bumper. The door had over spray on it. my rear park assist message is showing up on my dash, and the writer never even went to the car to look it over with me upon pick up.

Initial visit was great. Clear, concise and friendly. When picking up, not so much. While the gentleman was efficient, he was cold. After I gave him my last name, he looked at my paperwork, said “Your deductible is $500.” I gave him my card, he ran it and said “PIN.” After I put in my PIN, he stapled the rcpt to my paperwork, then he handed me my keys. The whole transaction was no more than 5 words. I then had to go out and find my vehicle. While the work was fantastic, the front office was not so friendly.
