The front office was very welcoming, answered all of my questions, and was very organized. I had no stress with the process. They coordinated with Enterprise rental so I didn't have to. Easy pick up and easy drop-off. Excellent workmanship. My car looks beautiful. I highly recommend Warrington Collision.

They did a good job however there are some hazy spots in other locations that weren’t repaired. I’m assuming it was caused by paint spray off when they were repairing the damage.

I would choose Warrenton collision again, but I was not completely satisfied with the result. I believe you do quality work and are. Much better than some other facilities but there were a couple of issues

The process was not quick but it was professional and done correctly. I have had work done by one of the chains such as Caliber collision and found that they cut corners and do not do the job through the job properly. My insurance agent, Joe Deegan, recommends independent shops like yours

It wasn't perfect but this was a very complex repair and they got it right. I had a small issue but they addressed the problem
