Someone answered the phone 95% of the time. If not our calls were returned within minutes. They always explained all of the work to be done. They also go out of their way to help you connect with a nearby car rental company.

Ford fusion rear bumper was not installed correctly. On driver side bumper trim protrudes 1/2 from being flush to the car body. This needs to be reinstalled

The rubber on the passenger top side was not put back. My doors do not lock automatically and no there was never nothing wrong with it. And my wheel alignment was not done

Anthony was good in communication while my KIA was being repaired but when he put BOB on the phone BOB insisted that my automatic lock was already damaged and I kept trying to explain to him I never had that issue and it’s probably happened when the glass was removed.
