Doug and Sam have consistently gone above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met and my car was cared for with the highest quality standards, technology, and service. Always going the extra mile! Excellent customer service, the highest quality people!! They really understand that I adore my car and want to keep it looking its best! Doug and Sam have been essential in facilitating all the work and were willing to take me all around the shop to help me understand the processes when I had questions, without hesitation. The technicians clearly have taken their time while meticulously restoring my 2006 Mini to look like brand new! The shop manager also was visible and supportive to staff and myself as a customer and I was impressed to know that he remembered me by name and car, and actually, every single staff member I have worked with has taken the time to know me! Jessica at reception is always vibrant, pleasant, smiling, and reassuring! It's the little things that go the long way and this team has it right! THANK YOU ALL!
