I was very satisfied with the professionalism & efficiency of everyone who was involved in repairing my X5! Vanessa was fabulous in keeping me updated as to the progress of the repairs & was willing to answer any & all of my questions! Thank you Vanessa!! Bob, in the collision department, was also great with any updates! The car looks fabulous! I'm happy to have it back on the road!!
