Shop failed to help me get any of my items out of my car a day after having major back surgery and reinjuring my back in the car accident even though people were readily available to help and knew the cercumstances. Was told the damage would be fixed in a few days, took over a month. This complicated things as I was then staying in Brooklyn with my friend caring for my back. When I went to pick up the vehicle it wasn't completely fixed. Parts were still sitting in the car. Again nobody helped me in any way to transfer items from rental to my car while looking right at me, but they were fast to run out and get the deductible. People were nice but your just another number in the long run.
