From my first visit for an estimate on the repairs, Dennis Ruggiero explained well the repairs needed, estimated costs and completion time frame. He was courteous and professional throughout the entire 12 days repair process. Also, the ladies at the front desk, especially Hope, were friendly, attentive and assisted me with the car rental process. I am very satisfied with the repairs done on the damaged back right side of the car. It looks like new. Thank you Dennis and the Collission team!
