Bryan wouldn't own up to the fact that the bumper was not fully sanded before paint, and has a spot that is cracking that was never there for the entire life of the vehicle. He took advantage of the fact that the vehicle does have one prior accident. Everything i pointed out that was wrong including the cracking as well as an undercarriage cover thats now split in half, he labeled as "pre-existing damage" when I confronted him about it. That damage was NEVER there before I gave it to Wayne Akers Ford. Also Bryan told me half the work would receive a guarantee on a recorded line 2 days after I dropped the truck off, however when I picked it up and pointed out all the damage THEY DID, he said everything thats wrong now is pre-existing and he won't be guaranteeing ANY of the work that they did to my vehicle. I'll never go back to Wayne Akers Ford and will refer everyone that asks me about it to go somewhere else.

Brian was an absolute joke of an employee. I pointed out cracks in the bondo work that they had done that weren't sanded properly before they painted over it, and Brian would not rectify the mistake. My truck came home missing a brake release petal, still had the cracks in the front bumper that were never there before I gave them my truck, and with an undercarriage cover cracked in half. Brian saw that my truck was in 1 very minor accident before id even bought it, which when I did it was all fixed like new and still had under 10k miles on it. But that didn't stop Brian from using the excuse that every part of the damage THEY DID to my truck was "prior damage" which it was not. He also said he wouldn't guarantee any of his work because of it even after stating on the phone 2 days prior that it would be guaranteed. I will never go to Wayne Akers Ford again and will prevent anyone that I can from making the same stupid decision I did and tell them to go ANYWHERE else.

I have been around a few years and this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. The personnel became like friends to me and explained everything as went along. They went above and beyond expectations so much that when I needed another repair I went straight back there and had another positive experience. Brian and LaShae worked with me and were just wonderful. They are trustworthy knowledgeable. I am more than happy to know they are there if I need help with my car, I’m reassured. And that says a whole lot!

The repairs to my vehicle was not done satisfactory mainly the bumper wasn't install propey,radiator support bracket wasn't secure with all the bolts as oridginal,original, grille wasn't painted black.its was still in the gray factory colour.I'm totally disappointed in the repair done to this vehicle

Dennis and the entire staff in the collision department treated me promptly and professionally. I felt very welcomed and satisfied. They laughed at all my jokes. What more can I ask. Also the Mustang looks great!
