They had ask if i needed any maintenance services on my car besides the bumper, I told them to check on my A/C , it was never done or mentioned about.

Everyone was very friendly but it took 2 weeks longer than anticipated. And I am still waiting for three different things to be fixed. I will have to go back and I am waiting for their call. The repairs they did were good work.

They called to say my car was ready, but when I got there and paid my bill and went to my car, they had not replaced the damaged tailpipe .... when I pointed this out they told me they “forgot” to replace it and didn’t have it there and they would get one and I had to come back the following week. I have a very busy schedule and travel out of town weekly so this was very inconvenient for me. On another note, they did a very good job on the repairs
