Well, I made my appt. got a voice mail to confirm, and when I called, they told me my appt it was for the day before. But they would take my car, anyway. The repair paper has the wrong year for the car and a different date when we picked up the car. My husband had to ask somebody to inspect the rented car and make sure, it was in good condition before he turned it in. Also, he asked for something in writing. The letters that go next to the plate, were left on The back seat of my car. Today, he stopped by, and they put it back. The car that was given to us, had the steering wheel, like out of line . It did shifted to the right side. The motor is noisy and would stop, and then re-start again. I thought I should share all that. Thank you!

Great service provided overall at Wayne Akers Ford. However, the Enterprise rental car I got had a very heavy smell of cigarettes. Like if the previous person chained smoke in that car. I had allergic reaction the first 3 days of driving the car, I had to purchase a vent air freshener to bring down the heavy cigarette smell.

I am totally satisfied with my car I always get a call back on a Whenever I Call they never lie to me so I'm pretty satisfied I appreciate all the good work that they put in they really taken care of of my car like is their own so I'm really thankful so those guys they really did a good job thank you guys
