My car was on and out within the day. Juan was very helpful and informative, keeping me updated throughout the process. Chuck was also very courteous when I came to pick up my vehicle, as was the woman at the front desk. I apologize I don't recall her name, maybe Lisa. Thank you all for the great service

I am so happy with the service! From the minute we walked in to the minute we picked up our car we were treated with respect from a very knowledgeable staff. The man that worked on our car (Victor) WOW! What an outstanding job! It was hard to tell where the original accident took place. The staff kept me informed about the progress of my repair. Juan Duran and the entire staff were professional and gave excellent customer service. I don’t know his name but the man who signs off on completed work is a perfectionist and wanted me to totally satisfied. I would recommend Wayne Akers to family and friends.
