My car has a noise it never had before when I am driving it when I go back to them to explain it they trying to minimize the issue I have to take a day off my job to take it to the dealer.The worse scenario is: they put me on the phone with a rude adjuster trying to act like an officer on the phone.

I was told that the repair on my Subaru could take as long as a month (due to the limited parts available in Florida). So I was happy surprised that it was finished in six (6) days. Wow. And the entire staff from the front office, to the repair shop and Geico was wonderful.

I saw something on the bumper that wasn't fixed. I'll take the car to the body shop after tomorrow cause tomorrow I got work to do. The car looks really good but there is this thing I discover when arrived at home. I'll explain there. Sorry my English is not enough. Great service anyway.

Richard was absolutely phenomenal not only did he greet us at the entrance at our appointment time he made sure he followed up with us at all times..the wait time was very minimal .. the repair of the car was done quickly.. also like to thank Kelly Scot. .wilk recommend Wayne Akers to family and friends
