This car is actually Karen (the wife). The whole process was smooth and easy. Staff was nice and informative. I was given the name Dennis as our repair person, along with a direct phone number. I was informed by text message every step that was done. I was made aware of progress and time frames. Everything was perfect and actually completed early!!!!!! Thanks, Dennis
