You did something on that repair but it wasn’t complete and the sad part is when I came back to show you the job you did, without checking deeply the problem one of your guy’s just told me there is nothing you can do. Now the insurance have to pay extra money to another shop to finish what you didn’t.

the beginning was good customer service but when I came back that guy didn’t even try to ask his coworkers and I told him if I go do a trade-in for another car those details about the repair unfinished will cost the value of the car , he just told me if I have to sell the car those dealers can call him and he will give the difference. You tell me if that is a good customer service?
