The repair to the rear looks terrible and needs repainting. Scratches on side weren't sanded before painting. The scratches were just painted over. When I explained that I wanted those scratches painted, I assumed they'd be sanded first, holy cow. No, not satisfied, at all. Needs to come back.

The quality of the repair is great. However, the amount of time it took to repair it was outrageous. I know that some of it was out of your control (eg: Honda portions) but I still believe my car could have been done sooner had you been diligent on finding someone to repair it rather than letting it sit. It wasn’t easy going 5 months without my car.
