Dan with the Collision Center was courteous and made sure I was aware of all repairs needed. His customer service was commendable and he was thorough and knowledgeable. The staff at the rental office was friendly and had the car ready for me. It was the easiest process I have had at other rental offices.

Based on the length of time the repair took and the fact that no one from the shop ever made contact with me to keep me informed, I would hesitate to recommend them even though their work is very good and I would be happy to recommend them solely based on that.

The overall quality of the paint, fit and finish of the body work etc is great. The first thing that I saw when I came around the car when I was looking it over was a small scuff mark right in the middle of the bumper like someone had hit it with something in the shop and then failed to buff it out. After having to wait three months to get my car back and to see that one little mark was just kind of irritating. I didn't say anything because I wanted to take my car home that day. The car drives and handles just like it did before so no problems there.

When I called to find out the status of the repair the person who answered the phone could have been a little more helpful with details about the progress of the work, why it was taking so long, what the estimated completion date was etc without me having to pull those bits of info out of them one piece at a time.

My door seals did not get put back on. My back bumper did not even get fixed at all. They never called to tell me the parts are in to fix my car. It was the worst ever .
