I know that it takes time to get parts in at this day and time and the truck looked good when I did finally get it back but there was a few things on my itemized bill that didn't need repaired and I was very upset when I did come to get my truck that the front passenger tire was completely flat and the battery was dead as a hammer and also that the technician that put the new fan clutch on did not tighten the bolt enough on align the hydraulic line properly therfore resulting in a sporadic clicking when the clutch vibrated and resulted in the hydraulic line coming into contact with the fan blades

Horrible. Would never recommend service there. Was lied to about how long the repair would take. Was originally told 3-4 weeks with the hold up being waiting on parts. Parts came in but then received the excuse we are backed up and don’t have enough help. 10 weeks after Week’s received my car it was finally finished with more engine lights on than what it came in with. Very upset with their service, length of time to complete the project, and overall quality of what was done and what needed to be done. They need a total management makeover because everything about this place sucks!
