After relocating from Stamford, CT in 1998 Leonard Pompa(owner) opened Wellington Auto Collision in 1999. After attending the Technical Career Institute in New Haven, CT in 1980 "Lenny" worked at a number of repair facilities in the Stamford and Greenwich area working on and repairing all types of vehicles. Shorly after the birth of his first son Michael, Lenny opened his own collision shop in Stamford, CT (L. Pompa & Son). After his daughter, Marisa and his second son, Nicholas was born Lenny moved locations in Stamford and opened up a new shop under the name L. Pompa and Sons collision repair. After years of servicing the fairfield county and Stamford community Lenny and his wife Victoria relocated to South Florida in 1998. Shortly after the move Wellington Auto Collision was opened in 1999 and the shop has been a leader in the Wellington Auto Service Community. Currently Lenny has his two sons working for him and his right hand man Steve Wheeler, who has been with Lenny for 18 years

It’s just disappointing that the repair was not fully done and that we noticed the area that was neglected and had to leave the car two more days.

When we went to pick up our car, there was an area on top of the roof that was not repaired. Therefore, we had to leave the car for two more days so that they could complete the repair. In the end, it was completed to our satisfaction.
