I refuse to recommend this shop to anyone

The initial repair went ok, but the day after I received my truck back, I noticed a crack in my windshield that was not there when I dropped it off at your shop. Since that day, the crack has grown to 17”, almost halfway across my windshield. After bringing it up to Kevin, he told me he would try to submit it to the insurance company, and blame it on the accident. The crack was not there after the accident, and it was not there for the month after the accident that I drove the truck around for. The fact that it has grown since the day I noticed it further tells me that it was a new crack, or it would have grown for the entire month I drove the truck before West Coast worked on it. Kevin told me he submitted it to the insurance company, and they are not responding. At that point, Kevin has avoided my calls since, telling the secretary to deal with me. This is the most in-professional experience I have ever had with a repair shop of any kind. I have left several messages to please have Kevin call me, still nothing. Weeks have passed now, and my windshield is looking worse every day. I am done dealing with Kevin at this point, my next step will be small claims court. He was real quick to return my calls when he was trying to get paid for working on my truck, but now he vacant even return my calls. I have been nothing but nice about until now. This is ridiculous, especially considering I just brought $4,000 in repairs to your shop, that I could have, and apparently should have taken somewhere else. If I have to pay for this windshield, rest assured my experience will be on social media to anyone that will listen. Kevin’s completely ignoring me is childish, and very unprofessional. I am done trying to get a hold of him. I guess my next step will be determined by the response I get from this message, if any? I completely regret bringing my truck to your shop!

I was supposed to get updates on the progress of the repairs but instead I had to call to get an update. The person at the front counter was very anti customer service when we dropped the vehicle of and came to pick it up.
