At this point, it’s disappointing how little there is to be done about this, but if I could speak to a manager, I still would like to do so to discuss my experience with you guys, and also actually speak to somebody about what happened here. You all lacked in communication from day one, your employees were disorganized with my file and my car being with you guys. The lady at the front desk was telling me different things, and the people working on my car, but also nobody ever told me who I was supposed to be talking to about my car until I asked if there’s someone else I could speak to that was handling my car. My car would not turn on. a couple of days after picking up from your shop. My battery did not work anymore, and my car died, it was due to my car being undriven for so long, which should be something your team pays attention to and think about. The car was fixed fine. It wasn’t that big of a job. The customer service, procedures, and hospitality here was very disappointing and not OK.
