The car looks terrific. My only complaint was incossitent information as to the arrival of parts. I inquired as the the start of work and was told that all of the parts were in. In called one week later and told that it was just going into production as the parts had just arrived. I would like to think the the first time was just a mistake as you had the car for a total of 54 days. I would still recommend your establishment as the work was exceptional..Neill

I saw some big black ants on the hood of the car and I did not think any thing of it and when I got inside there are ants everywhere. I definetly did not have ants in my car prior to repairs. Please give me a call to further discuss

Hi the job that was quoted was completed professionally and the communication was great. However I spoke to two people about touching up a mark on my trunk and they said they would do it but it doesn’t appear to have been done.

I had my car accident August 15. I reached out to my a honda deler to ask about collision repair and their collision specialist put me in touch with you, Delray Collision. Tom, at Delray Honda also “held my hand” and walked me through the entire process of what would happen to get my car repaired. He was fabulous throughout the time it took for my car to be repaired. Jayda, too, was my main contact at Delray a collision. Like Tom, she too, was fabulous as far as holding my hand and keeping me apprised of the progress being made on my car repairs. Because of the supply chain shoeletages, my needed repairs were going to take longer than usual due to some parts being on back order. Jayda was an excellent communicator who r responded immediately to my inquiries as well as initiated conversations with me on her own. … as for the repairs on my car themselves, when my car was finished being repaired you wouldn’t even have known the car had been in an accident as it looked brand new and drives this way too. The repair job was perfect. … I can’t say enough good things about Delray Collision, their work and the people who work there.
