The original job was done good. But I was not happy to come get my truck to find out they created a leak. I had to wait 2hrs for them to fix it, but they did a good job doing it.

The repair looks great and the people working there are great. My criticism preventing a 10 is the customer updates. When I dropped off the car I received a text for when it would be ready. That same text repeated every couple of days. I made plans based on getting the car back on the day stated. On that day I called and was told you are still waiting for a part and weren’t exactly sure when it was coming. I mentioned the texts and was told that those just go automatically. I rearranged my plans and two days later I received a call in the morning that it was done and in detailing and could be picked up later I would get another call. I don’t receive a call again that day so Incalled the next morning and was told it was in detailing and would be ready later. It was and I picked it up that day. So, better customer communication would be nice.
